The next step is much easier: sellers sign up with Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) and ship all their product there. At that point, Amazon stores the inventory for those sellers as well as markets, sells and ships it. Thus, Amazon becomes the actual drop-shipper.

Below is a list of things that will have to be done within the ASM training system and affiliate program. While everyone will have their own opinions on each of these, I will share with you mine too, but from a different angle I believe.
That’s the only frustrating part of this business – the time it often takes your product to arrive at Amazon is usually longer than you would like it to be. You’ll be so excited to get your product, and so pumped from the training, so that eight week waiting period can be an absolute torture. It also can play a role in managing inventory (discussed later).

I agree to a point Brett. But, you can make money with the training, it is just really, really difficult. While I am not a part of the system, using the training that is free from AMazon itself is, well, free =)
ASM is not worth it. Paid for it in 2013, lost $5000. They show you how easy it is to “find” products to sell. This is very misleading. They showing how to identify products that can do well on amazon, I do give them that. However, finding a product is not easy. You can find 100s of suppliers for any product, that’s not the issue. The issue is finding a supplier that will give you a quality product (with quality I mean as good as whatever is sold on amazon) at a price where you can make a profit. Tried that, ended up spending lots of money on samples and got either terrible quality compared to what is sold on amazon or the price was so high that I would have lost money trying to sell it. Tried this with a few products and then decided to cut my losses. Even though they have a 30 day trial where I could get a full refund, the part where they show you how to acquire the product is in week 4. So, by the time I got my samples and realized I was screwed, it was too late for a refund. This product may be useful for someone with deep pockets or someone who already has a product. If someone needs buy in installments, they really shouldn’t, they will end up losing their money. I would say if you have at least 20k to spare, this course may work for you.
