Yes the price tag is hefty but this program has an amazing value. Actually my wife got this program and she is now going through the training. There is some work involved and even you need some capital to invest in your initial inventory. I will be updating this review as she launches her 1st product.

And for those that want to set up eCommerce sites and promote products on social sites versus content based rankings, I recommend Shopify. I still think it’s good to learn how to rank content organically and combine Shopify with Wealthy Affiliate’s training or vice versa.
For example, if I were selling the course, I’d just say, “Hey, there are costs to creating a product and getting inventory.  In most members experience, the cost runs from $1,500 – $2,000 (or whatever it is).”

Leadership is important to give a company direction. Without trust and respect you could be heading in the wrong direction. Leaders need to be open to suggestions and input from those involved and not close minded.
Yet for so many organizations, this is the prevailing leadership style, stifling the work atmosphere and causing unnecessary fear and stress among people. But the reality is, a “driven” leader is the complete opposite of what a true leader is or does.

I’ve also learned that ANYONE can go through it and be successful, despite their budget.  My girlfriend, who doesn’t have much money (she works as a server and goes to school part-time), was able to purchase an inventory of her product (1000 units) for only $600.  So you don’t need A LOT of money to get started with it, it all depends on what product or niche you decide to go with.  She also has ZERO online marketing experience (she’s been doing everything on her iPad, since her computer is broken) and has been able to understand and complete all of the steps.  She is actually much further along than I am with the training and doing better than I am, which amazes me since I am the one with all the online marketing experience!

As everyone else who got in the program, I watch each and every training video that was released. The most frustrating part of this business is how long it takes for your actual product to arrive at Amazon. For me personally, it took about 10 weeks to get my product sourced, designed, labeled and shipped to Amazon.
If it was easy everyone would be doing it, right? There is hard work involved and it is likely to take at least 60-90 days before you start seeing sales in your account. This is not a “make money overnight” type of business. You will need to decide which product to choose to start your Amazon business. Then comes sourcing. Most vendors find products in China. This is fairly involved and will take some time to arrange.

In order to accomplish this, you must lead by example, teach employees what leadership means so they can teach their direct reports, establish an environment for success by eliminating excuses, recognize when jobs are well done, have the courage to make the tough calls, and encourage empowerment within certain parameters, among others.
So, do not waste your time searching for the “perfect” leader. Chances are that you already have one in your organization! Whether they are one of the 20% or the 60%, all you need is to be able to identify those individuals and determine how to best develop their skills.
In the late 1940s and early 1950s, a series of qualitative reviews of these studies (e.g., Bird, 1940;[14] Stogdill, 1948;[15] Mann, 1959[16]) prompted researchers to take a drastically different view of the driving forces behind leadership. In reviewing the extant literature, Stogdill and Mann found that while some traits were common across a number of studies, the overall evidence suggested that persons who are leaders in one situation may not necessarily be leaders in other situations. Subsequently, leadership was no longer characterized as an enduring individual trait, as situational approaches (see alternative leadership theories below) posited that individuals can be effective in certain situations, but not others. Why should your staff and team members give it their all if you don’t bother to? By proving your own commitment, great leaders will inspire others to do the same, as well as earn their respect and instill a good work ethic.
Most of the situational/contingency and functional theories assume that leaders can change their behavior to meet differing circumstances or widen their behavioral range at will, when in practice many find it hard to do so because of unconscious beliefs, fears or ingrained habits. Thus, he argued, leaders need to work on their inner psychology.
Even more dramatic, Alex Todorov at Princeton has shown us that judgments of political candidates’ faces in just one second predict 70 percent of U.S. Senate and gubernatorial race outcomes, and even, let’s go digital, emoticons used well in online negotiations can lead to you claim more value from that negotiation.
Caring for them is not the same as acquiescing to their desires. You’re leading (hopefully) because you know what’s best for the team; they may not. Just because someone disagrees with you doesn’t mean you have to give them what they want. Allow them to disagree with you, listen to their argument, and let them know why you think the way you do. Let them know you care, but are acting in the best way you see fit.
Sharp perception: Do you know how people really perceive you? Effective leaders do. They have an easy level of honest communication with their teams and their peers, and a thorough understanding of how they are perceived. Testing others’ perception of you can be as simple as observing their behavior. Are your co-workers and team members relaxed around you? Does all conversation stop when you enter the room? 
In contrast to the appointed head or chief of an administrative unit, a leader emerges within the context of the informal organization that underlies the formal structure. The informal organization expresses the personal objectives and goals of the individual membership. Their objectives and goals may or may not coincide with those of the formal organization. The informal organization represents an extension of the social structures that generally characterize human life — the spontaneous emergence of groups and organizations as ends in themselves.
Try new things. Take some risk. Make yourself uncomfortable. Do the things that may risk making you look foolish – what do you have to lose? Leaders take risks. They are not afraid of doing what they believe.
When Moses encountered two Hebrews fighting with each other, he tried to act as a peacemaker but they turned on him and questioned his authority over them, “Who made you ruler and judge over us?” (Exo 2:13-14). Yet some 40 years later, the Hebrews came to Moses with all their disputes and problems that he was kept busy from morning till evening (Exo 18:13-16). What had changed? Among many things, Moses led the Hebrews across the Red Sea and when the people could not drink the bitter water, Moses cried out to the Lord for a solution (Exo 15:22-25). What had not changed was Moses’ identification with the Hebrews and his love for them.
There are a few different leadership styles that you should be aware of. Your leadership style is how you’re being perceived, and since perception is often reality, it’s something you want to be mindful of.
