Bring current events into class discussion. Even if you’re not teaching a history class, you can find a way to bring up current events, whether it’s something related to the government or sports, and tie them into your material. People with these traits often tend to wholeheartedly pursue their goals, work long hours, are ambitious, and often are very competitive with others. Cognitive capacity includes intelligence, analytical and verbal ability, behavioral flexibility, and good judgment. Individuals with these traits are able to formulate solutions to difficult problems, work well under stress or deadlines, adapt to changing situations, and create well-thought-out plans for the future. Good communication skills allow the good leader to be a better negotiator and conflict manager. Being able to effectively explain the circumstance and justify the decision taken not only makes team members feel more comfortable with the decision, but also view their leader as being more credible.
These two roles may seem paradoxical, but they really aren’t. The path is ‘how’ you get there; this can and will constantly change. But ‘who’ you are and what you stand for stays the same. If you believe in it, you stand by that.

Start paying attention to negative thoughts so that you can move on from them and enjoy the present moment. If a negative thought arises in your head, then acknowledge it, label it a negative thought, and then let it fade away. Regular meditation or mindfulness exercises can help to make this feel more natural for you.
The third and final thing you have to do is develop individuals within the company.
