Newbies can get badly burnt. In September 2014, I met a lady who was in the last ASM course. She shared how she is in the middle of a huge mess after her ASM mentors got a bunch of them into private labeling health supplements. She has paid for the Amazing high fees, is out of pocket from ordering from one of the recommended manufacturers who messed up her product, has not been able to sell a single unit of the products and is battling to get a refund. Last ASM launch was in April of 2017. Current one ends within 24 hours. They don’t like to announce when they do such launches. I guess it will be in another 4-6 months, The only thing which is not certain is the price of ASM. Based on their history with launches they keep on experimenting with different price points.

Leaders always focus on the needs of the company and the situation. Leaders focus on results, on what must be achieved by themselves, others, and by the company. Great leaders focus on strengths, in themselves and in others.

Prioritize things. List the things you want to do and those you have to do. Include the time you spend eating, showering, etc. Start your day with something productive, maybe slow things down in the afternoon, and then get back to work or take care of chores in the evening. Leave the night open for relaxing. Cross off the things you accomplished and make a list for the next day of anything you didn’t finish.

Although common, this romanticized view of leadership (i.e., the tendency to overestimate the degree of control leaders have over their groups and their groups’ outcomes) ignores the existence of many other factors that influence group dynamics.[114] For example, group cohesion, communication patterns among members, individual personality traits, group context, the nature or orientation of the work, as well as behavioral norms and established standards influence group functionality in varying capacities. Trust your instinct. If it doesn’t feel right, the chances are it isn’t right. I’m a great believer in the power of the subconscious, given time, to steer us to the right answers. That’s why I often prefer to have a couple of discussions before taking a difficult decision, even if that slows down the process.
