Not only will development make work easier as they improve and grow, it will also foster morale. However, we must examine other species as well, including elephants (which are matriarchal and follow an alpha female), meerkats (who are likewise matriarchal), and many others.
Every facet of the organization needs to be planned for, from  production to marketing to finance to logistics to human resources, to  R&D, and a whole host more besides. The best planners understand  that no plan survives contact with reality for long, so good plans have  dynamic revision protocols built in.

You can not handle bad people. You need to focus on what you want and walk away from them. You can also talk to them and let them know that you are there, but your success comes before anything. Just remember that and just stay focused.
Enjoy the present moment. If you are constantly dwelling on the past or daydreaming about the future, you are missing out on the present moment. Remember that the past and the future are simply illusions, and that real life takes place here and now.
Vision and goal setting – A team depends on its leader to tell them where they are going, why they are going, and how they’re going to get there. However, she or he must possess adequate personal attributes to match this authority, because authority is only potentially available to him/her. In the absence of sufficient personal competence, a manager may be confronted by an emergent leader who can challenge her/his role in the organization and reduce it to that of a figurehead. However, only authority of position has the backing of formal sanctions. It follows that whoever wields personal influence and power can legitimize this only by gaining a formal position in the hierarchy, with commensurate authority.[94] Leadership can be defined as one’s ability to get others to willingly follow. Every organization needs leaders at every level.[97]
Value experiences over objects. Humans can be extraordinarily obsessed with money. It’s strange, too, because scientists think that our memories of our experiences make us happier than objects we can buy with money.[4] Focus on making great memories with great people along the way, and you should be happy.
