A good leader is unlikely to be aware of their uniqueness or the value that they bring to the organisation as they will be humble, however they will lead a team that performs at a level far higher than others in their industry, upto 202% higher. Developing as a leader takes time and experience, and it usually involves making ample mistakes. Libraries are filled with books about leading, but the only way to truly learn to lead is to engage in doing so. ​Training programs, books and other materials can be valuable supporting but learning to lead is a full contact activity.

People who are not committed will find this very hard as they could lose focus on their goals and give up before they reach success.

Execute your small objectives, focusing on your main objective. Don’t find reasons to procrastinate. Jump headfirst into the challenge and start chipping away. You never know what problems will present themselves before you step into the arena.
