“how to be more successful being a strong leader”

Another crucial element great leadership is “brain” that is synonymous with intellect or “canniness.” It is the ability to separate the wheat from the chaff, and “make smart decisions in a complex and rapidly changing world.”
Both men believe that “heart” or “compassion” is fundamental for real leadership – “deep empathy” with the people and “a sentiment that fuels the fight against the injustices those people may face.” Canada’s Justin Trudeau is hailed as a symbol of hope for progressives facing anti-globalization forces. He presented a compelling economic message about Canada’s place in the world economy, and was “elected partly because of his commitment to helping ordinary people.”
One of the first reporters to document the rich estate of then-Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych, Chornovol faced continual threats and was beaten to within an inch of her life on Christmas Day. “I think fundamentally leadership is a species of courage,” says Missouri-bred Greitens, a former Navy SEAL and a Rhodes Scholar. “A lot of people approach leadership from a different perspective, but for me a true leader is someone who confronts fear, embraces pain, and welcomes suffering. Those who emerge as leaders tend to be more (order in strength of relationship with leadership emergence): extroverted, conscientious, emotionally stable, and open to experience, although these tendencies are stronger in laboratory studies of leaderless groups.[74] Agreeableness, the last factor of the Big Five personality traits, does not seem to play any meaningful role in leadership emergence [74]
A lot of the time, most people do not achieve success because of fear. Many people have a fear of failing and this is what can stop them from achieving. Some of the most successful people will say that failing is key to succeeding and that you need to make mistakes. Having this mindset is a quality required for success.
