Personal Story: One of the first businesses I started was focused on developing and designing mobile apps for retailers. 3. Care. The strongest, most effective leaders I’ve met care not just about the business, but about the people in it and the people impacted by it. Having the drive and determination to work harder, to keep going and try new things, is an excellent trait to have when it comes to being successful. Without drive, you are not going to be as passionate about what you are trying to achieve, therefore you are more unlikely to achieve it.
