4. Do your fair share. Even though you’re the project leader, you still have to do some of the heavy lifting. I suggest setting aside some time in a day or two so you don’t keep pushing it off.
They look for the good in every situation and in every person. They seek the valuable lessons contained in every problem or setback. They never experience “failures;” instead, write them off as “learning experiences.”
The true leader will have the ability to gather people around him. People will listen to him even when he’s not known as the leader. He’ll motivate people. The one with those abilities should be the right leader.
